You can use a jammer to disable a cell but u need to know it`s location

i can supply you in high qualified people unenployment in my country is high, 100 usd per person and they do their job

, but seriously you have to use high frequency jammer i thing power should be around 300 w should make the job

You must also know the Tx/Rx Frequencies
BTW, why do you want to jam a BTS?
You could put a lot of people in danger!

Climb the tower and take the antenna away. If you are strong enough, you also can take the feeder away.
