HOW to convert BIN file to another type like MOT for example without loosing the file

HOW to convert BIN file to another type like MOT for example without loosing the file contenent??
i mean sometimes we can find a file with BIN extention and we need to use it with another program which can flash the same phone but we can not use this file becuase this program does not accept this extention so if we can convert it to the extention that the program can understand then we can use it

Why Not Get An Intermideat Program
So You Convert From Bin To A Next Format And Then That Format To Bin
