I think that you need add hexagon.32 in procs and then select QDSP6 Processor type, not ARM

download this:

https://github.com/gsmk/hexagon/rele....1/hexagon.w32

put into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\IDA 6.9\procs

(no matter which ver ida use just put in \IDA\procs dir)

load elf and in processor combo choose "Qualcomm QDSP6 ...."

.... on all errors answer with YES

....Enjoy and happy nightmare with that script....
