how to jump to an offset in Qualcomm MSM600 reversing in hex command

for example offset 0X001383b0 to read 50 byte started from this offset

can any body help??

if you read ram using peek byte command for example:

7e 02 + b0 83 13 00 + 10 00

dose this jump method work for qsc6020

that`s if i wont to send boot loader first after that jump to an adress to read
some bytes

for example 0X002236b0 jump command will be

7e d2 + b0 36 22 00 + 10 00

1- send bootloader
2- send go command like in QSC6010
3- SEND JUMP COMMAND
4-READ BYTES
