First decide wht u hav to made???
If u intrested in Windows application development the .Net is better and easy leanable technology. And u can select C# as ur prime development language.

If u r looking for a coss platform development then Java is better . And you are trying to become very advanced crossplatform developer then try QT or WxWidgets.

In my suggestion as a young (22years) 1 year experienced developer u can start learning the .Net technologies. Learn windowsApplication Development, ASP.Net,Silverlight.Net and JavaScript. You will be a better Developer.
