Extract Firmware with 7zip,and and select partition you want to flash,and make .tar file using 7zip,then flash using odin...

i assume you want odin to skip some piece of code if i am right first of all you need to identify secutity used in odin download re packer detector and detect the packing used then second unpack the exe thired use olly debuger to modify your .exe
