How unlocking codes are calculated with imei ?

How to find the relation b/w unlocking codes and imei number?

Tools like this : <ADVERTISEMENT>
How they code it?

Can someone just give a flash of it???

You can find some algo here in this section, old alcatel, huawei modem and zte are posted here. Find it and try to learn of it.

Not all codes can be calculate because some brand and some carriers have it own database for it.

some phone's unlock code are generated with some algo upon the IMEI or Serial number ... some phone are locked with RANDOM code

so, not all phone can be unlocked by CALCULATION ....
and to find out the also, u hv to hv really good knowledge in encryption/decryption/reverse engineering ... or some example codes to do the backward-calculation

for zte you have different options:
easyest is to search and patch simlock nv item.

or rewrite your own hashed code and unlock with that code,
but way make hardway if patch nv item can be done in same time...

But there is no Algorithm to calculate the unlock code from the IMEI ? and I'm talking about the USB Modems .

try use DC Unlocker just download it and you can unlocked your modem

Alcatel Y580 is QUALCOMM

have also QUALCOMM based alcatels ... all have algo

Micromax MMX310... and derivates are also QUALCOMM

stuff are depended by manifacturer.
