Huawei b310s web UI error

Dear friend,

My router is huawei b310s - 925

After unlock flash and nck I was installed following
web UI file.[WEBUI_17.100.11.00.03_HILINK] and I was try to
upgrade web user interface

It installed succefully but all my router settings are gone.
Router page indicate as follows. Cant go to settings, update or statistics
it shows as follows

All so router lights indicate as follows. Only indicate in white colour power and wi-fi only

Even unable to get USB mode (Green colour mode). It displayed as following mode(in red). As follows

My device manager display as follows. Router usb mode idendify by pc but not communicate

Sounds like USB mode in inactive mode. I was try with DC-Unlocker, CID Reader,Putty to send AT commands.
all programs gave me error as not respond from router. It mean device got connect but it denied
all com port commands

So what is your idea.

* Is there way to force upgrade flash and web UI via usb or via Ethernet port?
**Is there any way to trouble shoot com port
(PC UI interface from device manager). Manual identify to PC via usb.

** All I got Web UI update files are exe files to upgrade via USB, Does possible to find any BIN file
for update via Ethernet port by multicast upgrade tool ?or any other upgrade tool instead multicast upgrade
tool for via upgrade ethernet port

Pls I'm kindly looking a help for my problem. Im waiting here from now for reply for this
