i am a vb6 Student, i want know how to programe for mobile phone like flashing and erasing.
any body help me?

you need mscomm32.ocx, im sure your lecturer can help.

after this, you need protocols for the target handset.

for those, you might search some documets online or you might reverse some firmware.

my hint to you, search for AT command set in GSM spec

Searching in google is the best solution! Search with "flash programming" will help u.
