The internal tool used to unlock an iPhone. Only accessible on the Apple intranet (so you'd need a VPN login)

if i understand this properly i assume you need access to the "junker" iphone database and also the tools to "change" the required iphone identity.
maybe it could be done through the same way the phone is jail broke ? or is this impossible

it might be done with some carriers. coz price vary carrier to carrier. or
some carriers buying numerous iphones have many defectives so more
junkers and so cheap unlock price.

The way I would use to access this method has been fixed. No more known exploits, so I am considering publishing this method in full for people to utilize until Apple fixes it. Hopefully doing so will allow the market price on these unlocks to go down, which woudl benefit everybody!

Well I can no longer personally use the method, and the method is not very useful to me if all the vendors are charging $130+ for it. So yes, it would be very useful to everybody if the price went down, which is why I am considering publishing it.

I and a few others would appreciate this. If the hole you were using is now been closed and is no use to you, maybe others can give it a shot and try to reduce the monopoly on those high priced vendors.

if semcsec say it have to work with gsx the publish the method then other ppl who have this service would have to drop there price cause worldwide service is really expensive
