Does anyone knows what is he command to factory reset on lg devices in download mode?

if you have adb drivers installed ,try this.

open command window from adb and fastboot tools folder

fastboot erase userdata

if you're struggling to goto recovery mode. get the stock recovery or custom recovery(only rooted/bootloader unlock devcies)

goto download mode / fastboot mode :
open command window from adb and fastboot tools folder
place your recovery image to adb folder and type the below.

fastboot boot recovery.img

use zipped flash files to install your desired OS from SD card.

Thanks for replied, I need to do this with out adb or fastboot.
I want to get it done by sending command through serial or modem port.

Factory Reset -> AT%FRST
Reboot Device -> AT%PMRST / AT%RESTART

In LG Download mode No Command For Factory Reset
Flash Userdata Manually For Reset The Phone

Just write zeros to the entire userdata partition
