mcu cracking company???


not advertising, just check this out...

they claim they can extract 100% locked mcu. almost all model they can crack 100%.

can this kind of crack be done by homemade stuff?? ie, disolving the palstic housing of mcu?? anybody tried???

from reading a few years ago, even doing this intrusive attack on a 12c509 was not for the home user.

u must disolve the case (relatively easy), but then you need laboratory equipment to look at the micro circuit.

probes, lasers etc. all very small scale (pico)...

there is some non intrusive methods you can do at home, using some modified programmer. but they are not so sucessful, i would think especially on more advanced IC from these days...

contact me by ICQ(259-084-732)i can give you a very good document describing MCU code extracting.
However, only basic ideas and approaches are described . If you
need quicker result it's better to ask professionals to do the job. There
are many other commercial companies which could extract code from almost any microcontroller.

for extraction they are all charging 4 to 5 figure numbers, since the needed equipment isnt cheap
