Service tag for bios and hdd have a 18 hexadécimal

explain i maybe can help ,you have set a HDD pasword in the BIOS ,oke , can you enter the bios and disable it , ? do it ask for bios pasword you dont have , or you dont have the hdd hardiskkey , ?

thnxxx bro ihave tried but same error bcs this code calculatud with 16 hexadécimal not 18 any another solution and agin thnxx for reply

I having problems with my samsung laptop, it has a HDD password.
After entering 3 times wrong password I got: 53230C2C8C17284603
If anyone can, please help.
