can somebody tell me how to find the program entry point
in a x45 fullflash? I use IDA Pro Advande 4.15

Maybe you will look into chip-set internal ROM?It boots main firmware (if red-button not pressed of course,othervice it loads bootstrap via serial interface)

By any tool allowing to specify linear CPU addresses.Or you can write any simple prog which will command to bootstrap to read this area...
(E.g.look how UniSiemens works and then command to S45 bootcode from UniSiemens to read from 010000h address).

iROM at 010000h or at 000000h depending on configuration.Usually it can be founf at 010000h...
