Hi,
I would like to read/write the firmware of touch panel ic's like focal touch and goodix.

Can any body tell is it possible to read write the firmware of touch ic ?

yes it is possible and i ever saw that, the do ISP through test point on the flat cable of touch screen. it was years ago on Froyo era, at Guangzhou phone market.
