What particular computer language you want done with your project? 2. General info on the project (please email or PM me). 3. How soon would you like to start on the project and when do you expect to have it done and runnng. 4. Is this an outsourcing project (one we could do at our home country, and communicate thru email or IM) or an on location project (programmer should be at your own country, as close to your office as possible)? 5. How "small" is the project so that we can propose how "small" our rates would be. |
