Protected? EFS on Qualcomm. How to read? - GSM-Forum

Sorry for my incompetence, but have a few questions about Qualcomm devices. I have an ZTE v811 and trying to read EFS via RevSkills:

But, as you see, folders: /nv/nvm and /zte are protected (?). Is any way to read it from phone?

And an another one question. Is any way to debug QDSP6 (Qualcomm Hexxagon) modem (radio) binary on real device? May be some stuff, hints, tutorials? Need a point to start.

Can somebody share Hexagon SDK 1.1.0 (need hexagon gdb debugger)? There many usefull links (tools, manuals, tutorials) on Qualcomm Developer Network, but software area is restricted.

The QDN is restricted, but anyone can sign up to get those docs. I've written about this extensively (on XDA). I also have the same exact problem in my E589 thread over there. Please send me an email, and we can talk about this in more depth. As for Hexagon, there is an IDA plugin, that can help...
