Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | Reading an NV item that is read AND write protected I was wondering if anyone had any success reading "access denied" nv items on Samsung devices? In particular I'm working on the N900P and G900P. I'm trying to access nv item 10124. It appears to be read and write protected. Clearing the EFS does nothing to gain access to it, sending the SPC and 16 character password also doesn't clear the protection on it, you can't use QPST EFS explorer because the /nvm/num folder is locked (yes even after sending the 16 character password and SPC), and DFS and CDMA workshop aren't able to access the item either. I'm kinda stumped here. Any ideas/input is welcome! For those wondering...nv item 10124 on Sprint Samsung devices house the international unlock switch ;-) |
