how to convert nv_data.bin to cert


need cert because before fullflash dead phones. backup cert in efs partition or cert from any image

Why not simply restore NV Data ? if its valid for that phone it will be accepted and imei,cert will be pass already.

any version because need full image operations.. nv_data global ? for device' s all android version? or efs partition is global?
