Study about gsm programming - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,
I finished high school and I will continue my studies at univerisity.
But, I'm wondering, what university sector should we take to teach programming on the tricks of GSM?

For example: who teaches the creation algorithm for NCK calculator, creates a firmware or can analyze a firmware, to create a patch .etc ??

I know we need to leraning about programming / os / language and mathematics but I think there was another matter also to the university to take the GSM PROGRAMMING.

focus in other apps not gsm

It would have been nice so all will have little knowledge about GSM field.
