Waiting for the news.
Would have been better if you had continued with your other thread, so that we can follow the trend
Anyways, welcome back!

These forums are really very new to me. Should I have just kept posting in my original thread? I'm unclear about forum protocol, please let me know the accepted way of continuing. I just wanted to let people know I havent dissapeared but am working on it.
Thanks for your reply.
Just a thought I hope people dont expect immediate results from what I have learned about the arm / uem modules it's no small task. As I sure many other people have discovered. But I DO THINK IT'S DO-ABLE, very much so.

With the other thread, people will know the genesis of the topic and they can follow.
I still advise you continue to post in your old thread. You can ignore this.
Take your, time and let us know what you have.

No he is mis-leading i think some more has been added to that post. It is begining to look as if there may be a solution in altering the signal that is sent for verification to the network. IE initial IMEI packet. Not 100% on this yet actualy far from it but am looking into it.

well it's possible and success some times that when u patch software (for imei) after u can write imei it'll be ok... tried 4-5 times it works.. but uem imei will be different..(if read uem imei through griffin / universal box)

i think uem can be reprogrammed .. (like eeprom erase in pony programmer.. )
but may be needed to remove from mobile and reprogram again and refix...

also there is no need for rewrite uem again only need rebuild imei (like 2100 flash have otp area)
most problem with flash imei lost... if some software will be include imei rebuild option for DCT4 it will be very use full...
there is only one way to rebuild imei now griffin online server.. (if some software bring this option their business will be down.. )

imei patch is still available on jaf / universal box / ufs3 also...

you think dct4 imei is NOT in otp zone?

then how come jaf team etc make imei change by flash patch?

of course it is otp, sony ericsson used otp for imei in many years.

read a post by b-phreaks discussing the flags and registeres needed for edit in dct4 imei. you think that is a fake info?

i think no one will bother to work on dissable otp in dct4 now, they will just copy other teams and make flash patch...

No Mr. Dave. I Don't Tell Dct4 Imei Not In Otp... I Told That Most Problem In Dct4 Imie Getting ?????????? ... Not For Changing (still Solution Available Imei Patching And Uem Replace.. For Imei Change..)
I Told For Rebuild Imei Option That Dejan Introduced First.. For Dct3.. For Dct-4 Imei Contain In Uem(otp) And Flash (eeprom)
There Is No Need For Disable/ Change Otp Imei (if Mobile Is Not Stolen) Only Need Rebuild Option For Dct-4 (now Working Ask-rpl Through Griffin Server)
Just Rebuild Flash Imei Area With Same Imei Of Uem Contains...
No Softwares Included This Option... Most Soft's Only Withimei Patch.. (this Helps Theif Only)....

Also Uem Not Otp It's Sure.. But Never Reprogrammed This With Mobile (if Fixed With Mobile) B'coz In China They Taking Used Ic's Back.. Uems.. I Don't Knw For What...

With original TDS box from nokia its possible to calculate rpl files from ask files, (or just from IMEI), and also possible to RESET UEM (by generating UEM Reset key and applying voltage).

Don`t waste your time on these things friend my advice
