What are AT commands to read chip id "Huawei modems"


What are AT commands to read chip id like (in red below) and compile date.
i want to read chip ID before removing the warrant seals,

second: I have full dump flash file read over jTag, i want to write some of the flash part I mean "patch" What are the commands to write flash to modem?
without jTag

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Model : Huawei E1750 (Safaricom)

I know how to read all the above information. my question is how to read chip set id. eg Chipset : Qualcomm MSM6290. ar ethere any commands to read chip set ID?
