control panel - backup and restore - create system image

you can either create it on some external storage, DVD's etc.

and restore it with windows installation disc, or system repair option,
before windows boots.

Easiest way to fix the issue is using devcon. Or you can restore registry like a person above said. That always works for me.

i had used a software system care in some
of *******rs laptops whenever they had
slow problem with register and system 32 files.

and i will say you can easily see the difference after SCANED AND REPAIRED.
i havent installed it on my ASUS G75VX i7 3630QM
thats has W7/64
im just scare some files might get missing later on.

Wich i hightly doubt it.
