what is the manipulation to make a hard reset on acer e400?
in fact the phone is locked to the scheme.

For Reset (normal)
The Reset button is found under your smartphone’s battery cover, next to the SIM slot. Press this with a stylus.
Hard Reset
Open Settings from the Applications tab, then tap Privacy > Factory data reset Click Reset phone and then Erase everything to format your phone.

i try that but did not remove user code this phone has user code i need to remove user code do u knw how to hard reset so i can remove user code?

you need to turn the device off, first than use the key combination

extract it

u will get update file

don't extract that file just copy in SD CARD

press camera+search button+on/off

now handset will format and install the file

1 Download
2 Select Smartphone
3 Select Liquid
4 Select Liquid E
5 Select Op System in Tab
6 Download File
If your Phone have Android 2,2 I can upload File.

After fastboot connect with pc and install any ADB Driver then.
Download Fastboot software and Open with CMD and

Do Command as :
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot

Done.

its work for me by Fastboot : power+volup

After fastboot connect with pc and install any ADB Driver then.
Download Fastboot software and Open with CMD and

Do Command as :
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot
