Thumbs up [For Android]What to do if you don't see 3G on your phone?

What to do if you don't see 3G on your 3G enabled phone?

I have seen many people cannot use 3G on their phones. They activate 3G package & cannot use.because by default on most of android phones network mode has set to GSM ONLY mode. so they do not see the 3G logo on notifications bar.this tips for those who don't know what to do.Just have to change the network mode.

Just follow this below.....

  1. Go to the settings menu of your phone & click on more
  2. Click on Mobile networks
  3. Ensure that the tick box for Data enabled is checked.click on Network mode
  4. Please make sure that in the network mode it says WCDMA/GSM(Auto connect)

Unfortunately your Samsung S4 doesn't allow video call in the dialer app and contact app does not have video calling option. For video calling on your set you just need to install 3rd party apps like Fring, Skype, Google+. Search in Google play & install.

If you don't see 3G on your phone then make sure 3G services is provided by your operator or not if yes then check you devices setting it should be on UMTS/WCDMA mode or Dual mode in order to access 3G services, and if nothing work for you move towards choosing the operator that provides 3G services.
