I have seen many people cannot use 3G on their phones.They activate 3G package & cannot use.because by default on most of android phones network mode has set to GSM ONLY mode. so they do not see the 3G logo on notifications bar.this tips for those who don't know what to do.Just have to change the network mode. Just follow this below.....

Unfortunately your Samsung S4 doesn't allow video call in the dialer app and contact app does not have video calling option. For video calling on your set you just need to install 3rd party apps like Fring, Skype, Google+. Search in Google play & install. | |

Member: 1900437 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 113 | If you don't see 3G on your phone then make sure 3G services is provided by your operator or not if yes then check you devices setting it should be on UMTS/WCDMA mode or Dual mode in order to access 3G services, and if nothing work for you move towards choosing the operator that provides 3G services.
