can i extract a system.img.ext4 (lolipop or marshalmallo) ?
if its posible how do?and how to pack after unpacked and edited?
on windows or linux
pls hellp me ?

yes you can , by this application ( ext4 unpacker )

yes with z3x u can skip files and u can repack firmware with 7-zip
