From some days in Pakistan have problems setting up Google account on Android device Play Store
when try to connect Play Store show this error:

can't establish a reliable connection to the server

Hard reset your phone not solve this problem
Install latest Play store apk v4.6.16 and Clear cache but same

any working solution experts ?

WiFi and also try with different sim Network

I've got the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. Tried all the youtube suggestions with clearing cache and such in app manager, but no luck there. Any other methods for fixing this?
