dear gsm member is there any way to enable Usb Debugging while android phone is locked . for samsung there is a free tool .

is there any tool for other android phones .????
so that it will become easy to read parten lock and easy to be rooted ...

what type of a phone and which gmail lock .

if its samsung then use combination file that is if u want to bypass frp
if the phone spreadtrum phone then its simple just format it using any tool that support spd in the market . if its qaulcomm then fastboot mode or edl mode can help you to bypass using a lot of tools . mtk no need to enable adb.

Are you asking something like: you want to unlock the phone via adb when it is locked??
I saw some articles explaining how to remove the pattern lock by accessing ADB.

Well, if the phone is locked then to access ADB interface, USB debugging must be enabled in Developer Options.
Here is how to enable USB debugging

I doubt if you can enable USB debugging while the phone is locked !!
If you can enable USB debugging if the phone is locked, then I will say there is a security loophole in Android.
