T-Mobile Revvl (Alcatel 5049w) Readback Problems - GSM-Forum

Hello,

A group of us have an Alcatel 5049w, our variant known as the Revvl from T-Mobile, but we can't seem to get SPFT (or Miracle Box 2.27) to be able to do Readbacks or Downloads to this phone. We've tried changing drivers, changing USB ports, changing SPFT versions, changing download agents in SPFT, even changing between Windows and Linux, but it seems like everything we try to do we always get one of the following errors:

ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_FAIL (0xC0060005)
ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (0xC0060001)
STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0xC0060003)

I have no idea what to do now. Holding Vol Up or Vol Down while plugging it in to do a readback changes nothing. Can anyone help me out?

And one more thing, website specs say the 5049w has a 6738 chipset, but the CPU-Z app and SPFT both think it's actually a 6755 in there. Sometimes when we've changed download agents we were able to get SPFT to think it was either a 6750 or a 6735 (not sure why it did this), but most of the time it says this phone is actually a 6755.
