Could you give me the solution of Micromax X253 Headset Symbol Solution on the LCD and Speaker & Ringer not working at all ?

I have already picked up the HEADPHONE SOCKET but not solved yet ?

Could you kindly give me the proper solution with possible picture of the solution ?

I have already removed the Headphone Socket boss ! Still no solution found ?
