always give full detail of your phone for batter replay.

anyway:
#1. If your phone make call incoming-outgoing,then try to change display.
#2. If not make call only hang on white light then try with softwere(format phone using any china box tool)
#3. If any other issue ,post it here

now its time to do hardwere :
open phone,
#1. check if there any liqed damage.if it clean pcb well
#2. re-solder lcd (remove and then re-solder)
#3. shake power ic littly when hit it(be very careful,otherwise you set goes totaly dead)
