Member: 1870189 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 33 | At the very beginning turn the cell phone off. [IMG] Hold down the Volume Up + Power simultaneously for about 10 seconds. [IMG] The Recovery Mode should appear on the screen. In order to choose "wipe data/factory reset" use the Volume Down to navigate and the Power button to confirm. [IMG] Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select. [IMG] To restart the phone, select "reboot system now". [IMG] Success! Your phone should begin the hard reset operation. |
