using wifi , put any existing gmail id & password

solved

once you enter into normal mode, remove your id from account.

not success,it is asking owners email id and password

Thy this method. Remove battery and insert it back, hold power key to start your phone, as soon as it start release power key and press and hold volume up key, it will boot into safe mode. There finish the setup process and you are done. It work for me.

only flash with its same version file the FRP is cleared i have done it successfully. file is aavailable at firmwarefile.com
