i hv some basic knowledge about cdma first u can try direct reliance web world

if they cant do then u can try other source MEID paid service

if need any advice just yahoo

blackberry 9650 verizon can be used with reliance. get its meid registered (paid) and you are good to go. however you cannot use blackberry services & data onto it. only voice & text. PM if you need any more details..
