i donot challange anybody but whatever i have knowlage...that a mobile number has min number not any esn or rsn.....
if we tell that min number getting by esn or rsn...that was completely false,,,,,,,,,if anybody have knowladge about it plz share with us.......

thanx for sharing ur knoladge......can u give me detail that how 2 get any min number by rsn or esn or mobile number.....is that any converter for that?...help me out dear.

RSN contain only database for reliance that this rsn have this mdn and min and esn and all that.
its really not need if we don't want anything .
just esn and spc main to need get reliance working on set.

new method by lg firmware to block min2 so phone show contact reliance customer care is base on min and min2 configuration.

they check this rsn is active and min not found so phone show contact reliance customer care ON LCD.

that psn no is your rsn.add 3 letter "rnk"befor psn no
