    Bricked a W995

    Hey guys, i could really use some help with a SE W995, it came in with the no network problem follwing a tutorial online using omnius ive managed to brick it, i can still flash the phone no problem but every firmware i try doesn't seem to work. any help would be greatly appreciated

    if we can sort it quickish today ill paypal whoever solves it a fiver :P, i know its not much but its what ive got.

    you say bricked, what exactly is it doing when you press the power button..
    you say you used Omnius,, try to rebuild the security,, and also have a fully charged battery in it..

    when i plug it in holding C, it takes about a minute before it detects to flash also during this time the red light either stays on or flashes, SEMC flash device is what detects, i will try rebuilding the security just now, the tut i read said nothing about that, hopefully thats it

    hmm i can't find anwhere an option to rebuild the security, i actually tried to fix the network error by writing a TA and GDFS from the tut i don't know if thats the problem?

    its on the drop down box,, on the unlock option, repair semec boot, make sure its ticked.

    unlock it,, also you will see repair semec boot, tick this, so when you unlock it, it will repair it...

    Did you try the procedure posted on the omnius support site about W995 no network , which involves flashing GDFS,i am a little stumped as to your phone being Dead,maybe you have used a none w995 gdfs.?

    Hey the clash, thanks again for your help, i don't know what website the tutorial was on but that is what I did I flashed the gdfs, is there any chance you could link me i took a look there bu i couldn't see the one on omnius's website
