Can DIV handle T39 imei changing?

I have a old T39 but its imei is not same as on the back of phone and i want to change it, my local shop refused to change it back eventho its a legit phone. so i wonder if DIV can handle this. i tried with old version but that didnt work for me, can new version handle this? or any other tool.

I would say the original IMEI is blocked... if the new one isn't you should leave it alone!

    No, it can't.
IMEI change is grayed out when selecting T39.
