HI!I test all se empty pcb software,All not working my empty pcb.Who can tell me you software 100% working t68 empty pcb?I test smart 2.09 /se 1.1(div product)/se-fight pro/se server total edition 3.1 not working this solution!This problem is change new blank flash software not working write gdf & clear 4 lock.So,I tell all se supply close you empty pcb fuction!Your software only working power on Hw ver screen xxxxxxx solution!I pay many money buy empty software.All software is not working!

I think you are talking about some Empty Boards which cannot be
power on, i.e. as you mentioned, no CXC xxxxxx on the screen,
right ? This could be happened if the flash Chip inside is 'really'
blank...., e.g. change a bad flash chip with a new one.

For my experience, you can physically cloned the flash chip with
a same model (by universal programmer) and write by SE Fighter!
