    See what is the voltage in the battery.I think your bettery is with low voltage.

    ..problem is in flash
    Try to reflash 2 or 3 times then leave it for a few hours without power it !

    I desolder sim card cover but phone continue on - off - on - off - on - off after 1 second. What this problem?

    For t65-> try and separate the two contacts that r in the sim reader bkack part thei work as a sim presence switch and every time that this switch is activacted or disactivated the phone will turn off.
    for t39->get R3A022 flash file and upload it to the phone its the most stable software version for this phone. If dosen´t work try to resoldure the component that is on the left side from the battery connector.

    if your problem is still not solved, and your phone DO communicate with software (get off battery, connect phone to terminator, open boot, select model, press init boot and insert/connect battery), go buy a T28 serial service cable, then contact me privately.
