Flashing Language on T610 - GSM-Forum

I'm planning on purchasing a new T610 in Frankfurt DutyFree.

I'm told these devices are unlocked and will work with any network.

I would like to insert a Hebrew language pack into the device. I have found files for flashing on Cellular-Support.com

I have understood that I need to get Div8.x and a terminator dongle.

Is this correct? Also, how is the flashing proccess done?

u need div 8.03 dont use 8.04 it have killed my phone and i uploud the same flash file with the div 8.03 and it alive again and chang the lang to arabic

just flash the avr and dont do any thing more

Is it possible to 'rent a dongle'?

I don't feel it necessary to spend 90 euro on a one-time flashing..

Oh, also.. Will any dongle do? I've seen some 7.x dongles..
