forgot w850i phone lock code, help please? - GSM-Forum

hi,
i have a w850i and i have forgot the phone lock code so i cant get into my phone. Is there any way to fix this, like a master reset or something?

no free solution
all the tools need logs to reset db2020 sec. code
try with davinci server

ok, how could i do it by davinci server could i se the normal usb cable that comes the phone. Could someone write instructions telling me how to do it as i would be very greatful.

with davinci server you can remove that sec.code in 5 sec !!
1-buy 1 flashing logs
2-dl and run client (for sure you have to install usb drivers for your phone)
3-in advanced setting choose phone lock view/reset
4- and voila your phone is free (it will be removed and resetted to 0000)

thanks, could you post a more detailed tutorial because i dont know what to do really once i open the davinci software.

just open sw and tick advanced option then in new window tick phone lock view/reset for db2020 phones !press ok and back to main window press flash (flash files should be not selected) and again press yes when new pop up window appear ! thats all
