GDFS IMEI: FFFFFF-FF-FFFFFF-F , Help!!!!!! - GSM-Forum

i have a T200 4 Locks closed,
Tried SE-fighter (Make sucurity zone,upload gdfs,direct unlock,unterminate,calc crc,flash avr) and DIV 8.2 original , no one can repair my phone !
Any one know how to repair this crap ?

Here is result with SE-Fighter:

Use div 82

Flash phone with normal flash file
Upload gdfs in avr format
Rebuild SParea using otp imei

Worked for me

1) flash Full GDFS in AVR format
2) flash phones with normal files
3) Remake CRC
4) Manually change IMEI (dont use rebuild IMEI using OTP)

Phone OK....

tested on 3 phones using DIV 8.2_all Cracked by Laser

I don't use cracked stuff, im using original div82 , and already tried this solution , still same !
I think phone is HW Damaged , any other idea?

After write GDFS in AVR format (*.SBN file, not *.GDF file), what's the phone GDFS IMEI? Still FFFFFF.... ?
Check this with *#06# or read with SE-Fighter (DIV 8.2 report only OTP IMEI).

use a clean full gdfs and try to change imei to the original one and do that whith div8.2 whith the terminator dongle.

-By DIV, Writed GDFS in SBN format , phone can be powered on , but still 4 locks closed & IMEI is 099999-00-123456-0 when i press *#06# , and when i read by Fighter, FFFFFF...

Sure you have HW problem. Becouse DIV8.2 work 100% (even if it's cracked), so, you should replace flash chip if possible. I think there is damaged area in it.

After write GDFS in SBN format, IMEI stored in GDFS shoud be a valid one (e.g. 3512...... - the one of the phone from what was readed this GDFS SBN file), and not FFFFFF..... The 4 locks will be closed, because the CRC's need to be recalculated.
So, sure you have an bad soldered flash chip (some high address line) or worst, a damaged flash chip. Try to resolder the chip (just small hot using an air or IR solder station).

OTP IMEI: 350404-45-346420-8
GDFS IMEI: FFFFFF-FF-FFFFFF-F

Sure is NOT an empty board!!
All empty board T200 have OTP IMEI FFFFFFF.....
