    w810i unlock "CVX not supported"

    hi.

i tried to unlock my phone today using semctool_v8, that comes with the usb smart on the other thread.

anyway, it did a few things, it asked me to remove the cable and attach it again and then it said something like CVX unsupported, and the phone wont turn on! im kinda worried and have no idea what to do. It will read the settings of the phone but not much more
is there anything i can do? im really desperate right now, i cant afford to brick my phone....

if anybody wants i will post screenshots..

    thank you ever so much

    From the original instructions below:

    1. Check that your service cable is working (drivers installed etc)
    2. Flash the "Magic W810 Firmware" using XS++ (just the MAIN will do) and make sure the phone comes on as normal.
    3. Run SEMCTool 8.4 and configure the port for your service cable, speed etc.
    4. Take out the phone battery and connect the crusier cable.
    5. Click Read All Codes + Do selected job.
    6. Pop in the battery.
    7. While reading codes; the computer will ask you to take out the battery etc twice. Do what it says.
    8. At the point where you get the codes and the phone is safe to take out, take the phone out the crusier cable. Take out the battery and switch on the phone.

...it asks you to remove the battery and not the cable. Why don't you repeat the whole process again and follow the instructions properly.

So does it still turn on? What does it do? Just blinking red, flashing white, etc...

how do i go about downgrading the firmware.....

just so you know the phone responds to semctool, but using anything else where it asks me to hold down C and then connect the phone, the phone isnt seen by the program.

can i flash the magic firmware using semc tool, or will i need to use xs++.
