HELP Z550a DEAD WITH SETOOL - GSM-Forum

Hello....

Friends please help tries to unlock a Z550a with my SETOOL and I thought that she already had all the bring up to date, but it was not this way......When unlocking the cellular one you turns off and flashear is not left for that leaves me an error that EMBEDDED BOOTLOADER NOT RESPONDS says....

That I can make friends helps me.....

flash main and fs then unlock phone again

double check your z550a, if your phone is from fido canada, it is a cid51. Download same version firmware from setool support, do recovery, flash main and fs, complete with server support (will use one credit). By the way, if this is from fido, you can't unlock this phone with setool since this is new security.

Thank you for the answers, but friend like you can see whenever I give IDENTIFY to my setool it recognizes it to me as CID 49 RED...And already hey attempted to return to flashear everything but the problem is that damned error which doesn't allow to run the complete flash.....EMBEDDED BOOTLOADERS NOT RESPONDS.......Do I add a small info, is this telephone acquired so in colombia I don't believe that it is a CID 51 or if???.......That but I can make friends helps me.....

I just got my z550a unlocked at the following store on Dundas in Toronto:

The guy apparently had to get the VERY latest software
