Friend! You need Box. Don't have Free Software for Flash this Phone without Box.

Hello,
You can try to update software/reflash with Sony update service.Search in Google then download and install to your computer.
Recharge the battery to 100%.
Start program,accept the license agreement and click start.
On the right side there is a drop down menu,open it and select Vivaz.
Click next and follow instructions.
