Member: 220595 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 355 | I need to change Band to 900MHz on w200a I tried couple of scripts for band change and non worked, phone is still on 850. ÇIt is W200a CID53, tried scripts from topsony scripts section Setool 3 what is the procedure? |

Member: 220595 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 355 | as far as I k now, there is no such thing as A W200A AND W200I firmwares, it is same w200 firmware for both ´a´ and ´i´ versions. all the stuff is a GDFS stuff related. someone please give me a hint on how tu succed Last edited by yurais; 05-02-2010 at 23:50. Member: 281857 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 214 | sorry for that . i mean choose like GENERIC_ME.ssw as i knew USA band is 1900-850 so select any dFS_EUROPE_Red_CID53.sfa not dFS_AMERICA_Red_CID53.sfa then flash it ..and write gdfs read from any phone support band 1800-900 ... |

Member: 220595 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 355 | again, I think SFA or MAIN has not to be flashed, only GDFS has to be touched, the fact is I dont know where to touch or what to write or where is it what I need to write, someone please post it !!! and no boss, No need to change hardware on w200 for change band. And how do you write other phone´s GDFS without messing up the phone |
