k310 unlocking problem with universal box - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody, I have a problem while unlocking k310 phones with the universal box. The thing is that every time i'm unlocking it, the phone dies. I want to know if is there any service manual of the Ubox to explain me clearly how does it works, or the settings that i must apply to unlock it.
I also want to know if somebody can explain me the way to make the dead phone get back to life, or what program or box i need to use in order to solve this problem.

brother no doubt that ub is best box but bad support
so you should use cruiser for unlock and repair sony erisson phones
i always prefer cruiser
buy cruiser be happy
