i flashed k301i with setool2.but k310i after flash show this message "Configuration error.please contact your service provider 0r service center" i flash it with these files "R4EA031_1250466_GENERIC_DO.ssw.cry" "R4EA031_AMERICA_2_fs.ssw.cry"

which box you do use ,, if use cruiser , then search ,unlock rsa , custemize fs & direct unlock then restore firmware , your phone 1000% ok ,,
if you do use setool then check complete phone after flash & flash phone with gdfs ,,
