Member: 100487 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | K700i and SE Update Service I followed instructions on SE's website and ran the update service to update my K700i. Everything went as planned and no error messages popped up during the update process. However, when the process is over, an error message shows up on my phone and it says "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre." So, I tried the recovery mode on the SE website. Process ran without a hitch, but the error message remains. Can someone help me please? Member: 86017 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | hi, welcome  ...SE Update Service is not that reliable so it made your phone not usable. i don't know exactly how it works, but I assume the same way as all other solutions... so it didn't write finalization/customization to your phone... if recovery didn't help, you'll need your phone to service centre or use any remote server to flash finalization (no need to flash the main and language packs, but it may be a bonus because you'll get latest software version and anyway you'll need one credit/log)... merry christmas, |
