k850 when power up - only key pad light - phone doesn't switch off

se tool cannot read phone, can any body solve this problem?

do you mean setool gives error or you don't hear even ding-ding when you connect the phone? This is very important!

ok, i clean pcb and now connect with Se tool. flashed and phone work ok
